Cornish Crabber 26 for sale. Built in 2012 by Cornish Crabbers, designed by David Thomas and in exceptional condition throughout. High specification, well maintained, low engine hours, attractive inventory which includes Eberspacher heating, teak cockpit and sole, copper coat antifoul, feathering propeller, rope cutter, holding tank, deck flush, spray hood, cockpit cover, electric windlass and iPod dock.
KNOT TELLING has a very distinctive colour scheme of red and cream, Cream hull, red hull stripe, red sails, which is continued into the upgraded teak interior with cream head linings, cream painted wood finish and red upholstery. She is a gaff rigged cutter with a long keel/lifting centreboard, with a varnished spruce mast, boom and lifting bow sprit.
Powered by a 19hp Yanmar marine diesel engine giving a cruising speed of 5.5 knots, with approximately 470 hours running, last serviced in October 2018. Shaft drive to a feathering 3 blade propeller with rope cutter.
Navigation Equipment includes GPS plotter/ fishfinder (screen replaced this year), autopilot, AIS, DSC VHF with additional handset.
The interior layout includes four berths comprising of a large forward cabin containing a good sized double berth with an extra deep, very comfortable ‘Davalay’ mattress as well as two generous settee berths in the saloon. The galley area is well equipped with sink, full oven/ grill and lots of stowage space. Cornish Crabbers manage to fit everything you may need into 26 feet, and unusually for a boat of this size, there is full standing headroom throughout the boat which means it feels like a bigger boat.
