Beneteau Oceanis 44 cc for Sale in Dartmouth. This fabulous centre cockpit blue water yacht completed the Atlantic circuit last year and so is very well equipped and there is excellent use of space. The owners en suite even has a hip bath. The standing and running rigging was all replaced in 2011 and the copper coat was sanded in May last year to re-activate the coating.
On board equipment includes Echotech Watermaker, Hydravane self steering and a Fischer Panda generator. There is plenty of stowage space for supplies and two freshwater tanks holding 600 litres.
The large owners cabin is aft and fill the full width of the boat, full headroom and a walk around double berth. The foreward cabin has a double berth with plenty of stowage and a hanging locker. There is also a cabin on the portside with twin bunks with a guest heads opposite.
The spacious cockpit is fitted with a folding cockpit table on the steering pedestal and is protected by a hard windscreen, sprayhood, bimini and full side panels. An stainless steel ‘A’ frame has been fitted to accommodate two 150w solar panels.
Sloop rigged with Seldon mast, in mast furling, Furlex headsail furler, stainless steel bowsprit for cruising chute. Sail wardrobes consists of Furling mainsail, Moatt furling genoa, Hood cruising chute and Storm Tri-Sail. One electric halyard and furling winch.
The Navigation equipment includes radar with scanner and Apple microcomputer with SeaPro .
