Accommodation
4 berths in 2 cabins with 6'2" maximum headroom. Saloon consisting of a curved seating area with table which converts to form a generous double berth. Galley to port with single burner electric hob, fridge (12v and shore power), stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold-water supply and storage areas. Opposite to starboard is further storage and a microwave. Heads compartment aft to starboard with marine toilet, wash basin and shower. Pressurised hot and cold-water supply throughout via a calorifier, 30 Litre holding tank, generous aft double berth beneath cockpit floor with lighting and stowage separated from the main saloon by a curtain. Cream leather upholstery with beige curtains. Spacious cockpit design with ample seating with good stowage.

Located under cockpit sole, is the Mercruiser 5.0L Alpha I 220hp V8 petrol engine to sterndrive, single lever controls with electric start and power trim/tilt. Full engine instrumentation including temperature, oil pressure, rev counter, trim, fuel, and battery gauges. The engine was last serviced 2019
