Broker Remarks
The Contessa 32 was a very popular yacht when first launched and still is to this day; there were lots of these yachts sold since its launch in 1970. The boat is well balanced and offers excellent performance.
This Contessa 32 has some excellent equipment; she has been updated throughout the years. She had new sails in 2009 which have been very lightly used (like new condition!), she has had the original instrumentation replaced with Raymarine ST60 instruments and a Raymarine C80 Chartplotter and radar. She has a Rutland wind generator with Marlec charge controller, a small inverter and a Sterling Power Products mains battery charger. The mainsheet system has been replaced with a Harken traveller and mainsheet block system, there are two sets of Lewmar sheet and halyard winches and coachroof mounted rope clutches which allows control lines to be adjusted from the cockpit. The engine has also had a replacement engine in 2006 with a new Beta Marine 20hp diesel engine.
Please feel free to contact the office to discuss this yacht in more detail or to arrange a viewing.
