Accommodation
This Bavaria 38HT sports cruiser offers 4 berths in two cabins. The Forward cabin has an island double berth with a custom made topper and storage underneath the berth and storage cupboards either side. It has an opening deck hatch and portholes which make this cabin light and airy.
Aft of the Forward cabin is the heads with has an electric head with an 80 litre holding tank. The vanity unit has storage underneath and a washbasin with hot and cold pressurised water and a shower again with hot and cold water. Hot water is heated by the calorifier and 240V immersion heater.
The Aft cabin has a bench seat, storage cupboards and two single berths which convert to a large double and a large porthole.
There saloon with over 2m of headroom has a large C-shaped settee with beige upholstery. The saloon has a large saloon that can seat four people in comfort, lots of storage space in cupboards' and under the settee. The saloon also has a large satellite TV plus Freesat box. It has a Bluetooth stereo system with speakers in the saloon and cockpit.
The galley is well equipped with a Halogen electric hob, microwave, 6Kw inverter, double sink with hot and cold water, 12v fridge with ice box. The accommodation has a real cosy feel to on those cool evenings with the Webasto diesel cabin heating, but is also cool on those hot days thanks to the air conditioning units that has been fitted.
The cockpit area feels very spacious for a boat of its size with lots of seating which can be converted to a large sunbathing area or additional overnight accommodation for additional guests. The cockpit also has a manual sliding roof. There is also a wet bar with an additional sink with cold water and a fridge. A door on the transom opens to the large teak covered bathing platform.
Mechanical and Rigging
This Bavaria 38 HT has two 260HP Volvo Penta D4 diesel engines fitted with approximately 577 hours as at 23rd November 2021. The engines are freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger.
The engines are connected to sterndrives that have fixed four blade duo-props fitted. The engines are controlled by EVC units. The stainless steel fuel tank holds 720 Litres of fuel. The hydraulic trim tabs mean that the boat will cruise at approximately 23 knots and has a maximum speed of 28 knots.
The sterndrives were last serviced, new steering rams fitted and bellows changed in March 2021. The engine was last serviced by the owner in March 2020.
This Bavaria 38HT is also fitted with both Bow and Stern Thrusters to make handling extremely easy.
Electrical Systems
4 x 140AH domestic batteries, new in 2018, plus 2 12V 140AH engine batteries. All of the batteries are charged by the engines alternator and via a 240v Battery charger and management system via a 240v shore power system. The boat is also fitted with a 3kw/6kw peak inverter.

History and Construction
This Sports Cruiser which has a white GRP hull and superstructure with teak cockpit floor and the enhanced extra large teak covered bathing platform has been owned by the current owner since 2018.The boat has had two previous owners.
The boat is being sold due to a change in the owners circumstances.
The vessel was last ashore in March 2021 when the sterndrives were serviced and the bellows changed. the boat was antifouled, hull and superstructure polished and the anodes changed at the same time.
