The Bayliner 3258 Avanti Cruiser for sale with Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is a great value for money; this performance power cruiser has excellent internal volume with two good sized double cabins and space in the saloon for further berths. She is a superb boat for a family, as she offers excellent entertaining areas on the flybridge, aft cockpit, and during the winter a great size saloon, which helps extend your cruising season, especially as she has an good onboard heating system!
The level of care and standard of maintenance the current owners have given her is second to none, and it really shows. She has been upgraded as and when necessary by the owners, some nice touches such as a teak aft cockpit which looks excellent, new flybridge and cockpit covers, she also has had new upholstery for all of the flybridge cushions and seats.
Another excellent feature of this boat is the through transom opening door which makes boarding the boat a breeze, as you can berth stern to and simply step onto the bathing platform and walk through the transom at ease!
This Bayliner 3258 Avanti Cruser was used commissioned as a jury boat for the Atlanta Olympics in 1996 so brings a bit of real history with this boat, she was fitted out accordingly and to a very high standard.
As she is a petrol engine her fuel consumption is slightly more than that of a diesel but she will cruise at 20 knots, giving about 1.5 miles per gallon (5lit), or a more economical cruise at 7,5 knots giving about 2.5 miles per gallon (5lit) which is reasonable. She is therefore economical for a petrol engine boat and any increased fuel cost is well offset by the significantly lower price at which she is offered for sale.
I would certainly suggest keeping Elleine on your list of choices as she really is a fantastic power cruiser!
