This 1980 Beneteau First 30, designed by Andre Mauric and built by the Beneteau Group has a GRP hull, deck and superstructure with a cast iron fin keel and GRP spade rudder with tiller steering. The Beneteau First 30 has a practical and sea-kindly design that will feel safe in heavy seas. She would make an ideal first-time family yacht or suit a couple for longer trips. She has four berths in two cabins with 1.8m headroom in the saloon. The yacht was last surveyed in 2021 and benefits from a Yanmar 2YM15 15HP engine that was fitted in 2009. The owners are selling as they are looking to move to a larger yacht.

Accommodation
This First Beneteau First 30 offers 5 berths in two cabins. The saloon has two settee berths and a quarter berth on the starboard side. It has a good headroom through of 1.8m. The forward cabin has a double V berth, with good storage space.
Located between the saloon and the forward cabin is the marine heads with a marine toilet and wash basin with hot and cold pressurised water.
The main saloon incorporated a central table. The galley is located aft and to port is the galley. It has a single sink with pressurised hot and cold water and a two-burner gas hob with oven and grill. On the starboard side is the chart table with space to store navigation books and some instruments. The saloon has wooden floors with cream-coloured cloth upholstery and curtains.
Companion way steps lead up to the cockpit which is large for a yacht of this size that also has a reasonable amount of storage space.

This Beneteau First 30 was designed by Andrew Mauric and built by Beneteau in 1980. It has a GRP hull, deck, and superstructure, a cast iron fin keel with spade rudder, and tiller steering. The vessel has been owned by the current owners for the past five years. It has had two previous owners and was last surveyed for insurance purposes in 2021. All of the surveyor's recommendations have been completed. The yacht is currently ashore under going winter maintenance and is being prepared for the coming season.
