This Broom 37 has been in one ownership from new, she was built professionally by Aquafibre with the owners overseeing every option throughout the build.
The boat has had a complete re-wire including a new electronics package with a Raymarine radar/plotter in 2012, she also benefits from a replacement canvas cockpit enclosure in the winter of 2013, this provides an excellent outdoor covered space for entertaining.
The Broom 37 offers excellent value for money, this is a lot of boat for the money, she would be a perfect livaboard. The saloon is a fantastic open plan space with plenty of light through the side windows, coupled with a nicely situated galley this space is superb!
This Broom 37 has always been regularly maintained and has had a recent overhaul on the engines, job sheet available for interested parties.
The boat comes with a transferable mooring until April this year so for somebody looking for less expenditure during the winter months this boat is perfect, cost free until April!!!
