Broker Remarks
This Broom 41 for sale via Network Yacht Brokers Plymouth is possibly the best example on the market today!
The boat was Brooms very own boatshow model in 1996 and the quality it delivers is excellent.
The boat is in its fifth ownership from new and has been fastidiously maintained by all owners, the boat was for most of its life kept at Broom's own fresh water marina in Norfolk and maintained by Broom. The boat looks great, there is very little that it fails on with regards to condition, the interior joinery and upholstery is excellent.
The hull itself is also very clean, she has stainless steel window frames, the teak decks were replaced in 2013 by Brooms, as well as the entire set of cockpit cushions and helmsman/navigator seats.
The engines are Twin Volvo Penta TAMD 63's and have had a full service in April 2016, the boat has been antifouled and polished at the same time, as well as the propellers, rudders and shafts prepared for the coming season. This Broom 41 is in a ready to go state.
The current owner has cruised the boat for the past few seasons around the Southwest coastline the occasional channel crossing and has berthed her here at Mayflower Marina Plymouth
The current owner spent considerable time searching for the right boat in the best condition, so if you are looking for the very best then look no further and make a trip to Plymouth to view this stunning example!

The dinette incorporates storage lockers and also converts to a favourable size and comfortable double berth, with an infill.
Galley:
This is the essential part of any serious cruising boat, the Broom 41 has generous U-shaped corian granite work surfaces, there is a three burner Eno gas hob, grill and oven, these both have gas shut off valves. Opposite the seating is superb storage all made from teak, finished with solid brass catches, a draw can be opened and a full size chart table with chart storage can be extended into the saloon area.
The owner has recently added a LG flat screen television.
Aft Cabin:
The aft cabin of any Broom boat is impressive, but with the 41, more space has been created by moving the access door to the port side giving more floor and wardrobe space.
An en-suite heads with shower, hand basin and electric toilet is located to starboard and a separate shower compartment opposite to port is provided to the side of the large central double berth which has a recent luxurious memory foam mattress.
Cockpit:
The Broom 41 deck layout develops further Broom's trend for making more use of the aft deck area for both in-harbour living and cruising comfort.
The all round transom seating with aft facing athwartship seats surround the folding table to provide plenty of scope for enjoying the outdoor life.
At the helm position there are three forward facing seats. Also incorporated in the aft deck area are storage facilities for gas cylinders, a liferaft and ropes.
