Broker Remarks

The Colvic Sailer 29 is a strong and spacious family cruiser and with its bilge keels will allow you to dry out. Beta Marine 25hp diesel engine installed in 2014 and a substantial refit was undertaken in 2016/17. Saloon is very comfortable and well fitted out. This refit included electric flush toilet, holding tanks, instruments, calorifier, re-wiring including mast. More detail within the specification. 2019 Zodiac 230 rolltop inflatable included in sale.

Accommodation

Spacious forward cabin with comfortable deep mattress tow v berths, infill cushion to convert to a double berth, overhead hatch and storage. Reading lights over berths, under berth storage. Shore-power power-point. Looking aft, heads to starboard with hot and cold water, storage to port with full height hanging locker and drawers. Folding door of heads can be positioned to close off forward cabin and heads from the saloon. Through to saloon with two full length settees too port and starboard, both can be used as single berths, fitted with lee cloths, pilot berth above starboard settee. Good storage behind settee cushions. Brass clock, barometer and oil lamp mounted on forward bulkhead. Centre line drop leaf table for up to 6 persons. Varnished panels in good condition, fresh roof lining, fresh upholstery, carpeted floor with access to clean, dry bilges. Galley aft of saloon to starboard, chart table to port with swing out seat, instruments, gauges and switches to hand. Side access to engine by way of quarter berth, currently used for storage. Companionway steps lead up to cockpit, removeable for engine access. LED lighting throughout.
