Classic sailing yacht which, is believed to have been built in 1979, has been professionally renovated and upgraded. Hull has been peeled back and grit blasted together with full Osmosis treatment with International Paints. Decks have been stripped and repainted with non-slip surfaces and all fittings and safety rails renewed. All internal cushions have been replaced with new. She has been antifouled in 2002. Ready to launch.

Spacious yacht designed by Holman and Pye. 6 Berths in 2 cabins. Forepeak with 2 berths and 3 ft headroom and stowage. Saloon with 4 berths; Navigation Area with Chart Table; Galley with Two ring Cooker Oven & Grill;Â Sink; Plenty of locker and storage space. Head with marine w.c.
Mechanical and Rigging
Petter 11hp Petter Diesel used 10hours since professional rebuild in 1999;Â shaft driven to folding prop. Tiller steering. Stainless Steel 25 Fuel tank and 40 Ltr Water tank. Alloy mast; boom and spinnaker pole. Stainless Steel standing rigging (replaced in 1999 along with bottlescrews). Sail wardrobe consists of:- Main (unused); Genoa with roller reefing (unused); 2 x spinnakers.
Inventory
VHF with mast aerial with cockpit speaker; NASA Echosounder and speed through external paddle wheel; B&G GPS; NASA Log; Clcok and Barometer. Deck equipment includes Lewmar 44 Self Tailing, Lewmar 25 and Barton Winches. Other equipment includes:- Fire Extinguisher; Flares; First Aid; Bilge Pump; CQR Anchor, Chain & Warp; Set of springer warps; Fenders; Dan buoy; Lifebuoy and Boathook.
