Contessa 32 for sale. The Contessa 32 is a classic cruiser-racer, with a proven combination of speed and seaworthiness. Designed by David Sadler in 1971, it rapidly became very popular, both as a fast cruiser, and as a one design racing class.
GAUNTLET is a much loved and very worthy example, with impressive history, and was 3rd in class in the 2007 Azores and back race. She remains the fastest Contessa 32 over both legs in the history of the race.
White GRP hull with teak cockpit. Tiller steering. Powered by a Volvo Penta 18hp diesel angine, that has been regularly serviced. Sleeps six in one double and four single berths in two cabins. Hull epoxied July 2015/
