Broker Remarks
Currently owned since 1999 with major work in 2000. Hull sandblasted and epoxied, keel dropped and re-bedded with some new bolts, tanks removed and cleaned, all hosing replaced, new cabin sole, new rudder bearings, new interior lights, new basin and shower. Teak decking to cockpit and new windows 2004. Lewmar forehatch 2002. This was the last 35 to be built and her current owner has really brought her back to a wonderful condition and equipment level as can be seen by the above description. Economic marina berth available. Viewing is a must.

Heads compartment with Lavac sea water toilet, washbasin with H & C, shower. Chart table to starboard with quarter berth aft of navigators seat.
Mechanical and Rigging
Beta 28hp 3 cylinder diesel fitted new in 1996 and driving a CJR Flexofold propeller fitted new 2000. New Deep Sea Seal to stern gland 2000. 2 x 12v batteries charged by engine driven alternator and mains battery charger. 20 gallons diesel and 45 gallons water. Wired for 240v shore power. Hot water from 25 ltr Isotemp calorifier (2003) Alloy mast, boom and spinnaker pole. New standing and running rigging (2000)backstay and babystay tensioners. All controls led aft. Mainsail and 140% furling genoa by Osen sails 2000. Storm jib, spinnaker. Facnor furling system (2000) Fitted with lazyjacks and mainsail cover 2001. Lewmar 48 3 speed winches. Pedastal with Whitlock wheel steering 2000.
