Broker Remarks
St Anna is a unique Contessa 32, the only one built with an aft heads. She was built by Jeremy Rogers Boatyard Ltd in Lymington in 1977 to a David Sadler design. She was shipped directly to Sweden where she spent most of her life in the Gota canal and the Stockholm archipelago with the result being that when purchased by her previous owner and brought back to Britain in 2007 the boat had very few miles on her with an original log reading of just 5179 miles. Galley:
The galley was completely rebuilt to a new design in 2009. It incorporates a bespoke one piece stainless steel sink and drainer. Plastimo stainless steel 2-burner cooker with grill and oven, gimbled - new 2007, chest fridge/freezer

Jabsco manual heads, whale bilge pump for inside manual bilge pumping, wash basin in vanity unit with mirror, storage cupboards
Saloon:
Ship's clock, Barometer and Thermometer. Additional bulkhead and step added aft of mast as per recent build vessels to augment stiffening in this area. Recently recovered upholstery in waterproof vinyl faced fabric.
To Port: U-shaped settee berth with infill to convert to small double Original folding table, 2 x cupboards and bookshelf above
To Starboard: Single settee berth with trotter box under chart table with cupboard and bookshelf above. Nav station/Switch panel with instruments and half admiralty size chart table. Cutlery drawers, Eberspacher hot air heating controls, CO detector
Forward Cabin:
Two larger than standard bunks with significant accessible stowage underneath, infill panel and cushion to convert to huge double if required. Twin hanging lockers, one port one starboard (Starboard locker has hot air vent running through it for drying.).Bow water tank under forward end of forward berths.
