Broker Remarks
Major professional refit in 1999. New mast,boom gaff and bowsprit and all rigging replaced. Waxed and anti-fouled June 07. There are few yachts that can claim to be ready to sail away but this is one of them. Hull coated with pitch epoxy from new. Owners selling as they want a larger boat.
Accommodation
Forepeak with jabsco sea water toilet, washbasin, 2 stainless steel circular 'vent lights'. Saloon with port and starboard settee/berths with lee cloths, folding saloon table. Galley to port with plastimo Azores gas cooker with 3 rings and oven. Stainless steel sink with traditional brass lever galley pump for FW, also salt water rinse from Whale foot pump. Chart table to starboard with navigators seat under which there is an insulated cool box. Port and starboard double berths aft each with opening lights into the cockpit. Webasto 2Kw diesel hot air heater.
Mechanical and Rigging
Commissioned in 1988 and fitted out to a very high standard by Bridgend Boat Company. She is particularly attractive below being finished in Douglas fir which gives a very 'warm feel'. LOA 32' with bowsprit retracted, draft 3' 6" with plate up. Bukh DV24 twin cylinder diesel serviced march 2007. New shaft and curlass bearing 2007. Speedseal cover on water pump. Exhaust water injection elbow 2007. TankTEk new fuel tank 2007. ER automatic fire extinguisher 2005. New anodes 2007. 2 x 120 amp/hr batteries charged by alternator and solar panel. Wired for 240v shore power. Spares kit for Bukh engine including full service kit. Mast boom gaff and bowsprit all new 1999 and all new fittings. Mast of laminated Douglas fir, boom similar, laminated spruce bowsprit. All running rigging in Roblon Spunflex 3 strand hemp look alike rope. Outer headsail with roller furling, staysail with Rotastay E7 system. Jin and staysail by Technique sails, mainsail and topsail by Adrian Hooper. New boom mainsail cover new 2007.
