Accommodation
The Fisher 37 MK II offers up to 5 berths in 2 cabins and the saloon with max 6'7" headroom. The Forecabin has a double berth, with stowage below and a hatch to foredeck. Fore-hatch new 2016. There is a wardrobe with shelves and a hanging rail.
Aft of the forward cabin is the very cosy saloon with a single seat to starboard and a curved settee to Port that will make into a single berth. There is a central oval table, new 2016. There is a wall mounted 12V TV new 2016. There is lots of storage behind and below the seats and shelves above. The blue Valore upholstery was new in 2016. Eberspacher diesel cabin heating is fitted with outlets to all cabins, saloon and pilothouse.
The galley is located on the starboard side of the companionway and has twin sinks with an integrated tap with hot and cold pressurised water and laminated work surfaces all new in 2016. There is a two-burner gas cooker with oven and grill (new 2016 never been used) a 240V Microwave new 2016 and 12v Fridge with freezer compartment. The galley has lots of storage which gives space for food, plates, cutlery, pans etc. New curtains 2016 throughout.
Aft of the galley is the heads with single white sink with hot and cold pressurised water with a shower. There is a Jabsco marine head which has recently been replace. There is lots of storage space.
Aft of the saloon and to Port is a three-quarter berth with hanging locker and portholes giving the cabin a light and airy feel.
The Pilot house has a large settee berth to Port with a shelf that stores a number of instruments. Opposite is the internal helm position with wheel steering. Additional Navigation instruments are above and there is a large chart-table behind the helm position with lots of storage space for charts and navigation books.
The cockpit is well laid out and has lots of space to sit and offers additional storage space.
Mechanical and Rigging
Mechanical:
Located beneath Pilot House is a 1987 Ford Sabre 80 20HP 4-cylinder marine diesel engine. Freshwater cooled. Single lever controls with electric start. Rev counter. Shaft drive to a 3-bladed propeller (new stern seal 2016) with rope cutter (new 2016). The engine has completed 1140 hours as at 6th July 2017 and was last professionally serviced in 2016. The engine will provide a maximum speed of 8 knots and will cruise at 7 knots. There is a 450-litre steel fuel tank. A Sidepower 4HP through tunnel bowthruster was fitted in 2015.
Electrical:
5 x 80AH 12v batteries (3 x domestic, 1 x engine new 2017, 1 x Bowthruster) smart charging from engine alternator, and battery charger via 240V shorepower and Paguro 2.8KW Generator last serviced in 2016. There is also a Maas Sinewave Inverter and Galvanic Isolator fitted.
Sails and Spars:
Masthead rigged ketch with single spreader rig. Kemp Deck stepped anodised aluminium masts and boom. Stainless steel standing rigging new 2001. Terelyne running rigging replaced as required.
