Accommodation
The Halcyon 27 sleeps 4 with a forward V berth and two singles in the saloon.
A separate toilet compartment is located forward on the starboard side with a locker opposite.
There is a table stowed in locker, which can be placed in the saloon area.
Galley:
The galley has a stainless steel sink with manually pumped fresh water supply.
The gas and oven have been removed.
Mechanical and Rigging
This Halcyon 27 was designed by Alan Buchanan and built by Offshore Yachts Royston in 1975, both hull and decks are constructed of GRP and the interior is fitted out in Teak and Afromosia and upholstered in soft blue cloth. Last antifouled Oct 2012.
Mechanical:
Powered by a seawater cooled Yanmar 1GM10 with shaft drive to a fixed 3 bladed propellor.
Rigging:
Masthead rigged with stainless steel standing rigging replaced in 2009.
Aluminium anodised spars with roller furling headsail and slab reefing main.
Running rigging replaced in 2012.
Sail wardrobe consists of mainsail, genoa, spinnaker, jib and storm jib.

12V supply from two 73 Ah batteries charged by engine.
