2018 Hausboat HB300 £59,995
The Hausboat HB300 is specifically designed for the river/canal and estuary cruising with an RCD Cat D classification that can be used truly as a liveaboard. Fitted within an internal helm position and the cathedral hull she can be manoeuvred using the standard 9.9 HP Yamaha outboard with electric start and rear-facing camera. This vessel is extremely well equipped including, 5 berths, walk-in shower, large patio doors pressurised hot and cold water, gas fired central heating, 12v fridge, marine toilet with holding tank, solar panels, inverter, TV and much more.
Accommodation
The HB300 offers 5 berths in one cabin and the saloon.
The aft cabin has a double berth with storage beneath and a single berth bed above and a large porthole making it feel light and airy.
The aft cabin has an ensuite head which has a sink with vanity unit, pressurised hot and cold water, electric flush heads and a walk-in shower. The gas fired central heating boiler and hot water system is housed in the ensuite heads compartment. The aft cabin and ensuite heads have hot water radiators. There is a single door leading from the aft cabin to the aft deck area which has storage lockers for the gas and fuel and 240v shore power systems. Steps form the aft deck lead up to the upper sundeck with stainless steel rails. Forward of the stainless steel rails are the 2 solar panels.
Forward of the aft cabin is the saloon with its large argon filled double glazed opening patio doors and large side windows. There is a large vertical hot water radiator, hanging locker. In front of the hanging locker is a large settee that will convert to a double bed if required.
Opposite the settee is the galley which has a 230V fridge, two-burner gas cooker and lost of storage space with units above and below the work surface.
In front of the galley is the helmsman's position with full engine controls including a refacing camera. Mounted slight aft is the TV with a roof-mounted Glomax TV Ariel..
The patio doors open to teak finished forward deck with stainless steel guardrails with access points both port and starboard and forward. LED lighting is embedded in the roof sheath.
This vessel is insulated with 6cm closed cell polyethene foam insulation.
Mechanical and Rigging
A Yamaha 9.9HP outboard engine new in 2018 with mechanical helm system. The outboard has been used for approximately 5 hours. It has two 22litre plastic fuel tanks housed in the lockers on the aft deck.
4 x 6V 240Ah batteries (new 2018) charging from 240v shore power battery charger and 2 x 250 Watt solar panels mounted on the upper sundeck. It also has a 3KW inverte which will give 2.4KW continous output. The vessel is fitted with a 240V shore power system with European sockets.

Long catherdal sytle hull
This Hausboat HB300 was build in December 2018 and lunached in 2019. It has been used as an in the water display model for the smaller and larger HB280 and HB400 that Hausboats build in Poland and sell in the UK. The Ployethylenefloats are filled with styrofoam and have a 50% immersion. The platform and structure is made of galvanised steel and argon filled double glazed windows.
There are opportunities to purchase brand new versions of this vessel purely to use as a liveaboard home without the engine and steering helm which offers additional savings on VAT etc.
