Broker Remarks
The 13-ton Hillyard was a design by Dennis Cullingford based on the 12 tonner, but with various improvements and increases in space. This boat was the first of the 13 tonners and has a very well documented history, both from her early years and a more recent account of extensive refit work carried out. She has been in the previous experienced ownership for 6 years in which time she has had major work done including new keel bolts, engine rebuild, new mast and rigging, recent upholstery and a good inventory of modern equipment.
