This Elan 344 Impression is in as new condition, built in July 2007 to 2008 specification but not launched until May 2010 and with only one owner from new the 3 cabin layout makes this Elan 344 Impression an excellent cruising yacht. Extras include In-mast reefing, teak laid decks, diesel cabin heating, wheel steering and excellent navigational equipment.
Accommodation
This Elan 344 Impression has a total of 8 berths. There are 3 cabins, a large heads and good size saloon with 6ft 6 inches of headroom.
The forward cabin has a large V berth with two lockers either side and plenty of storage beneath the berth. Coming aft of the forward cabin is the large saloon with central saloon table with folding leaves. C shaped seating to port and a bench style seat to starboard with seating around the saloon table for 8 adults.
The galley to port consists of a two burner gas cooker with oven, large fridge and double sink with pressurised hot and cold water.
The separate heads compartment is to starboard opposite the galley and has a Jabsco marine toilet, shower and sink with pressurised hot and cold water.
Aft of the galley and heads are the two identical aft cabins, both have good size double berths with two portholes in each cabin. The saloon also has two single settee berths. Each cabin has a good size locker/hanging space
This Elan 344 Impression is fitted with Eberspacher diesel heating with a total of 5 outlets, one in each cabin, one in the heads and one in the main saloon. The interior is cherry wood with blue upholstery and cream blinds.

7/8 Fractional rigged sloop. Deck stepped Selden aluminium mast and boom Furlex furling genoa with all lines led to cockpit. Selden gas rod kicker. Stainless steel standing rigging with adjustable backstay and Terylene running rigging. 2 x Harken size 32 self-tailing sheet winches, 2 x Harken size 16 self-tailing halyard winches.

Single lever morse controls with electric start. Saildrive to a 2 blade fixed prop with rope cutter. 110L aluminium fuel tank with an approximate range of 200nm. Cruising speed of 6 knots and maximum speed of 7.5 knots. Saildrive diaphram replaced 2018. Last out of water service 2019.
