Broker Remarks
'Csardis', a Leisure 17 built in 1976. Standing rigging replaced in June 2004 by TJ Rigging. Last surveyed in May 2004. The basic hull, deck structures and interior are in good condition for the age of the craft. The bilges are clean and dry. The topsides and underwater sections of the hull are painted and antifouled to an acceptable finish. Csardis is well looked after and a good example of her class for her year.
Accommodation
The lesuire 17 has a roomy saloon for the size of the boat with two quater berths port and starboard. There is a double v berth in the bow with under berth storage.
