67ft Liveaboard Barge for sale. Built in 1922 by Luxemotor as a Shrimper fishing boat. Grace was converted many years ago into a houseboat but still retaining her DAF engine and generator, she is still a very capable motor boat with live aboard facilities.
The interior consist of a wheel house with companionway steps leading to the aft cabin. Moving forward through a large full beam engine room into the main open plan Galley/dinning/living room complete with Aga, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Forward of this is the master sleeping cabin with ensuite.
In the brokers opinion, "Grace" appears to be structurally, mechanically and electrically all sound. The interior has scope for personalisation, and in fairness needs to be completed in order to become the comfortable cruiser or live aboard that she is so close to becoming. This is a boat with great potential and sadly only or sale due to a bereavement within the family.
