Broker Remarks
The Moody 31 Mark 2 is one of best of all the yachts that came out of that famous maker. The accommodation set new standards in its day as did it's sailing abilities. No wonder over 315 were built. Today they represent the best in British building and design and stand up in comparison with modern mass produced yachts very favourably indeed.
'Zia Maria' lying in Lymington is about as perfect a Moody 31 MK 2 as we have ever seen. Extremely well maintained and updated by her owner who brought her new in 1986 and has cruised her far and wide.
She has a fine set of sails including a cruising chute by Hood Sails, all lines lead back to the cockpit for easy single and short handed operation.
Down below she has been refitted over the years with a full wood interior of high quality and charm, her upholstery is in great condition.
She offers comfort when cruising with pressurized hot and cold water, Eberspacher heater and Refrigerater system . The heads has a wet locker for oilies and a hot shower as well.
The galley has a fridge, oven with grill and two burners
She is in perfect condition and ready to go to a discerning new owner who is looking for quality, practical and safe cruising yacht in tip top condition.
