Broker Remarks
Hull was Epoxied in 2002, supervised by reputable marine services. Vessel always winterized / stored ashore in winter. In superb condition, been very well looked after by current owners. Extremely worthy of a viewing.
Accommodation
Good size, spacious forward cabin with double berth. Saloon is very wide and spacious and provides good headroom. Salloon area has seating either side (providing 2 berths) of fold-out saloon table. Private heads provides W.C and a basin with a pumped cold water supply. Galley consists of a two burner gas stove and grill, with a sink with pumped cold water supply. Clever storage throughout the galley and saloon. Aft cabin, accessed from the cockpit, provides another 2 berths. Cockpit, again is very spacious with full cockpit covers and cushions, and cover for the wheel and cockpit table. Upholstery and seat cushions have been protected with over-covers and consequently are in very good condition. All woodwork is as new, with the bulkheads and doors varnished to a high standard.
Mechanical and Rigging
1 X 25.0 Volvo MDIIC Diesel Engine (Fuel Capacity 25.0 Gallons). Engine regularly serviced and winterized, and fully maintained by a Volvo engineer. New prop shaft and balanced propeller. Aluminium Mast and Boom. Fully Battened Mainsail with new sliders fitted. Lazy Jacks. New furling headsail gear. Two Genoas. Working Jib. Storm Jib.Mainsail is of heavier weight than standard, treble stitched with three reef points. All sails regularly laundered and are in excellent condition, with all the rigging replaced four years ago.
