Accommodation
Owners version with large aft stateroom, central double berth with en-suite with sea water toilet, washbasin and shower. Single berth in starboard walkthrough to saloon. Galley to starboard with 2 burner gas cooker and oven, Frigomatic plate cooler in top loading coolbox, 2 stainless steel sinks with H & C. Opposite galley to port forward facing navigators seat with chart table and instrumentation, door to heads. Saloon with C shaped seating to port, saloon table and starboard settee. Forward cabin with infil to creat a double berth. Saloon upholstery in cream leather and teak faced plywood. Eberspacher hot air heating with 3 outlets.
Mechanical and Rigging
Volvo MD2040 which has been regualrly serviced throughout its life. 3 x 12v batteries charged by engine alternator and mains baterry charger. Wired for 240v shorepower. Pressurised water system. Hot water from calorifier also fitted with immersion heater. Diesel 227 ltrs. Water 340 ltrs in two tanks. Bow thruster. Waste holding tank. Alloy mast, boom and telescopic spinnaker pole. Furlex furling system and in mast furling. Mainsail, genoa, storm jib. Lewmar winches all self tailing.

ST 50 wind/speed direction, Autohelm ST50 depth, log/speed, Garmin GPS map model 172C linked to Seatalk bus, Autohelm ST6000 autopilot, Plastimo binnacle compass, Navico VHF. 2 horseshoe lifebuoys with lights, dan buoy, fire extinguishers, gas alarm, radar reflector, manual anchor winch, anchor and chain, kedge anchor, jackstays, liferaft bracket, various warps and fenders, port and starboard entry gates, bed linen, cutlery etc. Inflatable and outboard by separate negotiation.
