Broker Remarks

Nicholson 38 for sale. Hull number 3, built as a demonstrator in 1967. Engine replaced in 2004(last serviced 2014), comprehensive refurbishment in 2013 which included standing and running rigging. The hull has been epoxy coated.  All navigation equipment has been upgraded. A stable and comfortable long passage maker with three cabins, centre cockpit and two separate heads compartments. In the present ownership for three years.  Described in the origional sales literature as ' ..rare amongst motor sailers for hercombination of pleasing, graceful lines and spacious accommodation.  Rare too is her ability to handle equally easily under power or sail..  the design yields qualities which have shown up well on numerous long ocean passages.'  Currently afloat in Salcombe, South Devon and available for viewing.  For sale as the owner is retiring from sailing.
