Broker Remarks
This 30 foot 1972 "Classic One Off" built of epoxy saturated klinkey pine is a very strong boat. She has been based in Cork Harbour since the late 70s. She was built in Australia and was sailed from there over a few years stopping off in many interesting places on the way. Her inventory includes a (2001) Nanni 21HP diesel engine with only 800 engine hours, tiller steering, three berths, mainsail, numerous headsails and more.
