Broker Remarks
This Princess 35 must be one of the most under-used 35's available on the market. She was totally re-fitted in 2001/2002 by the second owner who spent many thousands of pounds on her then sold her because of a change of plans. The third and current owner has used her very little but she has been maintained almost on a weekly basis since he purchased her.
Refit work included....All new seating and covers on flybridge, all hull windows removed and re-bedded, new aluminium strip and rubbing strake at hull joint. Anyone viewing this boat will not be disappointed with her condition or equipment.

Mechanical and Rigging
Modified deep V hull with reverse sheer transom and integrally moulded spray rails. Longitudinal and transverse stiffening combined with structural bulkheads gives immense strength. External decks all have integral non-slip surfaces moulded in.
Twin Volvo TAMD 40B's each developing 165hp and driving 3 bladed props on shafts.
Automatic fire extinguishers in ER.
3 x 120 amp/hr batteries all new 2002, charged by engine driven alternators and 30amp mains charger with a Sterling battery management system fitted.
Wired for 240v shorepower. Hydraulic steering. Engines serviced 2006, 10 hours used since.
