One owner since new and never raced. Extensively cruised by owner. Marina berth available with this boat. Genoa serviceable but new running/standing rigging required, cockpit plywood/teak veneer on seats and sole starting to wear thin and should be replaced.
Accommodation
Forecabin with infill for double berth, fitted washbasin. Saloon with dinette seating to port converting to a double berth, settee/single berth to starboard with small child's pilot berth above, aft double cabin. Heads compartment with sea water toilet and holding tank, washbasin and shower, razor point. Galley with 2 burner cooker, grill and oven, stainless steel sinks with H & C,
Mechanical and Rigging
Volvo 2003 28hp 3 cylinder diesel driving a 2 bladed folding propeller. Cruising consumption 0.3 gallon/hour. 2 x 93amp/hr 12v batteries charged by engine driven alternator and Aero3Gen wind generator. Wired for 240v shorepower. 24 gallons diesel and 55 gallons fresh water. Hot water from calorifier. Alloy mast, boom and telescopic spinnaker pole with stainless steel standing rigging. Mainsail fitted with lazy jacks, furling genoa and cruising shute.

Stowe instrumentation comprising wind speed/direction, close hauled/running, depth sounder, speed and log, Autohelm 3000 autopilot, Icom VHF, Marcom hand held VHF, Garmin 45 GPS, steering compass, Autohelm hand held compass & navigation light timer. Simpson Lawrence combined winch/windlass with 34lb CQR anchor and 35m chain, aluminium Danforth kedge anchor with 5m chain and 33m warp. RFD 4 man liferaft, Avon Redstart inflatable with 2.2hp Mercury o/b, emergency tiller, stern boarding ladder, winter washboard, clock and barometer, 2 horseshoe lifebuoys, boat hooks, various warps and fenders, heaving line, spare fuses and bulbs, folding trolley, Firdell radar reflector, webbing jacklines, 6 harness safety straps, 2 fog horns, manual bilge pumps, fire extinguishers, fire blanket. Eberspacher hot air heating.(needs servicing)
