Broker Remarks
New to the market is this Snapdragon 747 bilge keel cruising yacht. A great family cruiser with a surprisingly good interior for its size. She has good headroom for a 24 footer. She was fitted with a reconditioned Volvo 2020 engine in 2009. She offers good accommodation for 5 with a separate heads and galley area. She is a bilge keeler and will take the ground.
Snapdragon 747 's are sturdy, safe cruisers and are ideal as a starter yacht. The bilge keels give a draft of only 2 foot six
which enables 'Tolleration ' to explore the shallowest of our bays , estuaries and rivers. Her decks are easy to move around on and her cockpit is deep and well proportioned.
Accommodation
The Snapdragon 747 sleeps 5. The forward twin has storage under the berths. The saloon table converts to a double berth and there is a large quarter berth to starboard. There is a stainless steel sink and a single burner in the galley. The heads are of a good size with shelving. There is good storage throughout the boat.
