Built in 1977 by Northshore Yachts, the current owner has owned the boat for nine years.  Ideal for family or couple sailing with a brilliant open plan layout below decks with a light, spacious and comfortable interior with an impressive 6’6” headroom in majority of saloon area. The Southerly 28 is the boat that started the range and only 148 of these were ever built. Her accommodation is excellent for a 28 footer and the whole design makes your sailing simple and rewarding even if you are short handed.  'Mlarkey' has been crusied in the Dutch and French canals and in the current ownership the West Country and Channel Islands.  Currently afoat on her mooring in a quiet area of the River Dart in Dartmouth.
