Broker Remarks
This Southerly 38 is in excellent condition, she is a fine example. She has been in the same ownership since new and has been professionally maintained annually by marine trade professionals.
The owner of this Southerly 38 is an experienced yachtsman and has cruised the boat mainly here in the South West waters, Channel Islands and south Brittany coast.
The boat has superb performance and gives you the flexibility to do much more than other 38 footers. She has the swing keel which is synonymous with Southerly Yachts. This allows you to gain access to many more cruising grounds that other yachts of her size cannot with their fixed keels, she is perfect therefore as a blue water cruiser.
The Southerly 38 is built for comfort the internal layout is spacious beyond needs for a boat of this size, she has an excellent owners aft cabin, guest cabin, both with en-suites and a fantastic saloon! The outside space is also very good with a generous cockpit with fixed cockpit table. All of the cockpit can be under cover with the full cockpit enclosure which is great for all year-round cruising.
