Broker Remarks
Hydraulic lifting keel (shot blasted and epoxy coated 2004) making this a versatile creek crawler if required (min draft 0.55m) but also allowing for quite a fast cruiser with the keel down(1.77m). She has been well looked after by the current owner with many recent updates and we recommend viewing. The hull is in excellent condition.

Bukh DV20 2 cylinder diesel developing 20hp with shaft drive to a 3 bladed propeller fitted with a rope cutter. 3 x 12v batteries, 2 x 110amp/hr domestic and 1 x 110 amp/hr engine. batteries charged by 55amp/hr engine alternator. Wired for 240v shore power with 3 x 13amp sockets 180 ltrs fresh water in 1 stainless steel tank 120 ltrs diesel in 1 new stainless steel tank Cast iron lifting keel with electro hydraulic pump for raising and hand hydraulic should the electric system fail Alloy mast and boom plus telescopic spinnaker pole. Stainless steel rigging renewed 2006. Rotostay Mk 4 headsail reefing and slab reefing to main. Fitted with lazyjacks and Stac pack boom bag. Arun mainsail in very nice condition (new 2007) and furling genoa (new 2006) also in very nice condition. Good spare main and genoa. Storm jib unused. Cruising shute and snuffer in good condition. Lewmar 30 2 speed sheet winches.
