Broker Remarks
Southerly 38 for sale. Built in 2013 by Southerly (Northshore Yachts), and believed to be the last one off the line. A lovely pristine, lightly used example of this attractive blue water cruiser, with a draft of 2.59m that at a touch of a button can reduce to 0.82m allowing easy access to shallow water cruising, which is normally the domain of much smaller yachts. She has a fabulous and spacious cockpit that you might expect on 45 footer, with twin helm positions. Accommodation for 7 in 3 cabins. Unique to this particular boat are the marvelous bespoke vertical tri-view portlights in the saloon, which totally transform and modernise the interior. CENTAYNE II has been in the same ownership since new and has been cruised in UK, Northern France and the Channel Islands. She has always been marina berthed (except when cruising) and has not been subject to any heavy weather.
