The Sun Odyssey 40.3 is known for its ease of handling. All lines lead aft to cockpit meaning the boat can be sailed single or shorthanded. This is a highly regarded family cruising yacht.
'Lutetia' was first launched in 2005 and has been meticulously maintained by her owner, who as had her since new. She is well equipped and ready to sail away immediately having just had her annual service and anti fouling done. Over the years she has been upgraded with a new engine and has had the standing rigging replaced recently. her navigational equipment includes plotter, radar, radios This boat is in great condition testament to the fastidiousness of her owner.

Accommodation
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40.3 sleep 6 in two cabins and the saloon. She has very good head room throughout and the saloon is particularly light and spacious. The galley has a two burner ,grill, and oven ,refrigerator and plenty of dry storage. The aft heads has a shower area and electric sea toilet and there is a ensuite heads for the forward cabin.
