Broker Remarks

This boat was basically rebuilt during 1997/8 engines and out-drives removed, serviced repainted all new hoses etc. replaced new turbochargers, bilges painted, rewired as required, new bilge pumps, 3 new batteries, 6 new alternators, water pumps, 2 x fire extinguishers, new floor decking, cockpit fully re-trimmed, new instruments ad wiring, new Plastimo tender, life raft new 1996 (serviced 1999). All woodwork refurbished or replaced, cooker overhauled and fridge, new radio, new head lining and seat coverings, new water heater and domestic water pump and filter system, auto-shower drain bilge pump fitted, all lockers painted, toilet serviced, new fluorescent lights, new navigation recorder fitted, Plastimo gas detector 2 stage (one in aft cabin bilge one in main saloon). Main cabin hatch overhauled, new complete awning cover and side screens, electric anchor windlass overhauled and new switches fitted.

Accommodation

Forepeak: Anchor and chain stowage. Main Forward Cabins: Fully retrimed 1988, centre table for 6, wardrobe and multi stowage areas. Wheelhouse in cockpit area, Aft cabins: Double size bed, wardrobe Navigation Area: in main cabin and cockpit. 2 ring gas cooker with grill and oven, 1 sink supplied with hot and cold water, refrigerator, icebox, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

Mechanical and Rigging

GRP hull and deck, Marine Ply frames. This boat is a well made Deep-Vee Motor cruiser, fitted with a comprehensive array of Navigational and Safety equipment, including, Radar, dual GPS, Dual Tridata systems, life raft, tender and outboard. June 2001 : She underwent a professional repaint below the rubbing strip by TLC Boat repairs. The undersides were re-anti-fouled also. Both engines were serviced and legs rebuilt by Arfon Oceaneering . Both Starter motors were reconditioned also. All batteries were replaced with new (2 x Leisure & 4 x Starter) ones as a precaution and for best safety at sea. Expensive Battery Charging & Auto-Conditioning systems were simultaneously installed (2-units) to maintain Port & Starboard Systems independently of each other and in optimum condition, along with emergency �linking� circuits and isolator. 2002: Additional & Supplemental Garmin DGPS Color Map & Electronic Charts Installed New Volvo Propellers & anodes fitted to Port & S/B legs. Boat undersides cleaned and re-anti-fouled 2003 New Raytheon STS-50 Tridata fitted in addition and supplementary to existing Raymarine Tridata / Fish finder. All battery / isolator terminals & circuits tested . All terminal-ends replaced as a precautionary / good-maintenance measure. 2004 Both engines and legs serviced. Anodes replaced. Re-anti-foul of underside and legs planned. Windlass motor overhauled and refurbished. New deck switches fitted. 2006 Replaced both switch panels, and two internal lights Regularly maintained as required. She is in good working order and a reliable, safe vessel, ideally suited to our coastal waters. She is very economical to run and has a surprising turn of speed when required. 2 x Volvo AQAD40 165hp 6 cylinder (x2) 1982 diesel engine, Volvo gearbox 280 legs alloy propellor, 2 x morse lever engine controls, car type circular wheel, Fuel consumption estimated at approx. 11 Gallons / hr @ 20 Knots / 22 Gallons / hr @ 32 knots ".
