This Beneteau Swift Trawler 42, which has previously been used as a Sea School Training motor yacht is currently going through a significant refit which will include, full engine service, replacement cutlass bearings, prop refurbishment, engine prop alignment, full internal valet and the hull is being faired and re-painted so that she will look externally like new.
Drawn by the renowned firm of Joubert/Nivelt in cooperation with the Beneteau engineering office built for long distance sailing, the Beneteau Swift Trawler 42 is a boat with endless possibilities. Accommodation
On top of her design emphasis of sea-kindly passages at quick a pace, the Beneteau Swift Trawler 42 offers upper and lower steering stations, a generous saloon with an adjoining fully equipped galley with gas cooker grill and oven, 2 fridges, microwave, in a panoramic deck saloon, a large master stateroom with a queen sized island berth, en-suite head and separate shower, plus a guest cabin.

The Swift Trawler 42 is powered by twin 2008 inboard Volvo Penta D6, Six cylinder 310hp diesel engines.. The engines were last serviced July 2020. Shaft drive to two four blade bronze propellers. Fuel capacity of 1499 litres. Vetus 4HP Bowthruster.
Electrical Systems
6 x 12 volt batteries charging from the engine alternator, 240 volt battery charger, and generator. 240 volt ring main installed with immersion heater. Fisher Panda 9KVA generator (serviced July 2020).

The Swift Trawler 42 is of GRP construction, blue hull with white superstructure with moulded non-slip and teak decks. Designed by Joubert/Nivelt and built by Beneteau. Wheel steering. Aft self-draining cockpit. Teak cockpit area and cockpit seats. Self-draining anchor stowage locker forward.
