Broker Remarks
Vancouver 27 built in 1983 for sale. A sturdy compact cutter, with a small cockpit and transom hung rudder easily handled by a single yachtsman and an excellent sea boat. Originally designed by Robert Harris for a couple wishing to sail from Vancouver, Canada to New Zealand.
ALICE ROSE A has been in the same ownership for 17 years and is now for sale as the owner is retiring from sailing. She has been ashore for 4 years and when lifted out all was in good working order. We understand that the engine needs servicing and probably the batteries need replacing. Although the rigging has been checked it is as far as we know original, as are the sails.
This Vancouver 27 does need some loving care, but she is a Vancouver and has an exceptional amount of accommodation for a boat of this size.
