Broker Remarks
A Vancouver 274 is a quality, go anywhere boat, which can can be sailed either singlehanded or family cruised. Clover is in very good condition and has been lovingly maintained and sailed.
Accommodation
The Vancouver 274 sleeps four with a forward V berth which with infill makes a comfortable double berth and two singles with lee cloths in the saloon. A separate toilet compartment with wash hand basin is located on the starboard side and across from the toilet is a generous hanging wardrobe.
Galley:
The galley is located on the port side with a Plastimo 2000 two burner, grill and oven. A stainless steel sink has manual cold water supply, with a foot operated pump. Also located under the chart table seat is a refrigerated coolbox.
Mechanical and Rigging
This Vancouver 274 was designed by Robert Harris and built in 1986 by Northshore Mouldings Ltd/Pheon Yachts Ltd, both hull and decks of GRP with a long encalpsulated keel. The interior is fitted out in teak veneer and upholstered in soft green cloth (2011). Antifouled and anodes replaced April 2012.
Mechanical:
Powered by a 24hp Bukh DV24 ME driving through a shaft to a fixed 3 bladed propellor.
Sails and Rigging:
Cutter rigged vessel with stailess steel standing rigging and twin running backstays.
She has Kemp alloy mast and Rotostay roller reefing on the headsail.
