Broker Remarks
In present ownership since 1996. Since then the boat has been continually updated with NEW WC, sink, cooker, gas system, radar, GPS, autohelm, Adverc, cockpit cushions, sprayhood, dodgers, lighting and wiring, taps, shower, water tank, water pump and pipes, headlining fore and aft cabins, saloon (2005), fridge system, stainless steel cleats and stanchions, Eberspacher heating and hot water, calorifier, radio, liferaft, washboards, rope cutter, batteries, windows in forecabin and saloon, carpets (2005), where do we stop? During present ownership she has also been treated for osmosis and the hull is in good condition. She is ready for sailing and the owners are moving up to a larger boat. An excellent go anywhere cruising boat that is easily handled by man and wife team and will continue to give years of good sailing to the new owners.
Accommodation
Forward cabin with V berth and infil to create a double. Heads compartment to stbd with Lavac sea water toilet, washbasin with shower head. Saloon with port and starboard seating. Stand up chart table aft starboard with instrumentation and switchboard and large storage under and large locker aft of table. Galley to port with 2 burner gas cooker, grill and oven, stainless steel sink, very large coolbox with Isotherm unit. Aft cabin with large double bed.
Mechanical and Rigging
Mercedes 42 hp diesel driving a 3 bladed propeller fitted with a rope cutter. The engine was rebuilt approx 1995 and the gearbox rebuilt 1996. Wired for 240 volts shore power and fitted with an Adverc battery management charging system. 3 x 12v batteries all less than 2 years old. Hot water from calorifier heated by Eberspacher and immersion heater. Pressurised water system. Alloy mast, mizzen and booms with stainless steel standing rigging renewed winter 96. New mainmast 96. Furling genoa and behind mast furling vertically battened maxi mainsail (2004), mizzen sail. 2 x Antal 40 and 2 x Gibb winches in cockpit. Fitted with lazy jacks.
Inventory
Raymarine ST50 wind, log and depth. Raymarine ST50 radar, Garmin 120 GPS, PC navtex Pro for use with computer, all instruments interconnected and wired for connection to a computer. Silva 10 DSC VHF (2006), Autohelm ST4000 autopilot. Sestral compass. Electric and manual bilge pumps, manual anchor winch with CQR anchor and chain, Danforth kedge anchor, emergency tiller, cockpit table and cushions, Firdell radar reflector, fire extinguishers, fenders, warps, boathook, liferaft (2004), Avon dinghy, dodgers, sprayhood, Glomex TV aerial, radio/CD player, 2 x 12v plugs, brass clock, barometer and thermometer/hygrometer. Eberspacher hot air heating to all cabins, manual cold water pumps, st. st. transom folding ladder, lifebuoy, MOB system.
