Broker Remarks
This Westerly Oceanlord 41 has been in the same ownership for 13 years. She is a very capable blue water cruiser with good accommodation which lends itself to long passages or living aboard. 'Petrarca' would benefit from some upgrading and TLC and this is reflected in her price. Her headlinings have been replaced, this was a perennial problem with Westerly's. If you want a competent yacht at a sensible price this Westerly is worth viewing. Lying in Brighton Marina
