CMBHA Annual Dinner Dance
Good morning I trust those that made it to the ball have recovered and didnt we have a good time! After a quick drink in the Mulberry and a skip through the puddles onto our coach to the St George Hotel with some singing on the way there! As we arrived we were greeted and offered a glass of bubbly by our organising trio, the room was ideal for our party with a dance floor off to one side allowing us to stay at our tables or mingle with friends. The meal seemed to get the thumbs up from all I spoke to as did the service from the staff, DJ did a great job getting everyone up dancing – as the 11.30 coach home was due to leave only a handful used it with the main party including me! Staying to the end but it wasnt the end the coach left the St George at 12.30 packed to the roof only for Kate to arrange for the Mulberry to keep the beer pumps primed and the wine chilled I cant remember much of what happened after that only to say it was one of the best this topped with £1,300 raised for Hope House a great one to be remembered and what can we say about The Trio Patsy, Kate and Janice Brilliant and thanks from everyone that enjoyed a great evening.
We now need copies of photos for the web site please I think Michel took lots.
