We met with Elliott and he spent time showing us the boat and we knew it was for us. Elliott was really helpful and we couldn’t have wished for better assistance during the process. In terms of arranging the lift for the survey and the lift to transport the vessel, Elliott organised all of that and liaised with the transport company when the boat was picked up. I believe the Coopers will take care of the boat, which is almost as important as the money generated by the sale. I think the target price was realistic in the current financial climate.
To summarize; your advice on price was spot on., you found a buyer and the sale went through quickly so a job well done! Now all you need to do is find me a nice day boat for between £12 to £15k. If you catch me at Jolly Jacks I must buy you a drink.
