The Bavaria 40 Cruiser MIRAGE is one of those few boats that will suit so many different purposes. The size is perfect for cruising the coastal ports of the UK, and yet big enough to go much much further afield. Whether you are a couple doing an Atlantic circuit or a family of 6 cruising the West Country, you will find that MIRAGE won’t fall short of meeting expectations. With three double cabins and two heads there is plenty of space for 6 or even 8 people to go cruising. A comprehensive navigation suite, recently updated, an upgraded engine and in-mast furling system make for easy sailing and easy handling. Warm air ducted cabin heating mean that all season yachting can be enjoyed too, and we have to remember that not every summer is like 1976 or 2018! This particular boat has been in the same ownership since new and has never been chartered. Her engine is a Volvo Penta D2 55hp diesel engine (larger engine than standard 29hp fitted at build).
