1991 Falcon 23 SPC
The Falcon 23 SPC has a deep 'V' hull which makes it a very seaworthy sports cruiser with good size accommodation for a 23 footer. The boat is offered in good condition having just been antifouled in November 2021, gas system checked in March 2021, anodes changed, engine serviced and bellows changed in March 2022, The owner is open to reasonable offers for a quick sale.
Accommodation
Accommodation comprises six berths in an open plan layout. There is a double berth forward in main saloon area, double berth in aft cabin area under cockpit floor and 2 occasional berths in cockpit. Saloon has a warm feeling with blue cushions, carpets and curtains.
Heads is located to Starboard in its own compartment with marine toilet and washbasin. Galley has gimballed 4 burner cooker with oven and grill, single sink with heated hot and cold water and 12v fridge/freezer. The aft cockpit cushions have recently been replaced.
Mechanical and Rigging
Mechanical Systems:
Located under the cockpit floor Volvo Penta 501A V8 220 HP petrol engine with sterndrive to duo props. Single lever controls with electric start. Max speed 29 knots 40 gallon fuel tank. The engine has completed 681 hours and was last serviced in March 2022 when the outdrives were serviced and bellows changed.
