Broker Remarks
The Albin Ballad is well known as a popular well built fast cruiser, she has a classic tumblehome hull that is well balanced and sits easily in her track once trimmed correctly. These yachts have a huge following, they offer excellent sailing ability and excellent cruising capabilities.
This particular Albin Ballad has had a thorough schedule of upgrades, she has had a replacement Beta Marine 14 engine, new running rigging, new canvas stack pack as well as laZybag, new mainsail and recent electronics.
a really strong option for somebody looking for a quality, up to date Albin Ballad.
Owners Remarks:
Gancia Girl is a strong, Swedish-built cruiser-racer, that I've cruised across the Channel many times and raced offshore in the RNSA single-handed series for 7 years. She comes onshore every winter. The engine is always serviced and winterised shortly after. She's been a great boat, that I've taken care of, and she's taken care of me. The only reason for the sale is because I've bought a bigger boat.
