Broker Remarks
This vessel has been much loved and has been extensively sailed both in Britain and to the Med. She is extremely sea worthy and stunningly attractive when under sail. The vessel is well maintained and benefits from a number of custom modifications and improvements. For this reason she is very much "one of a kind" and unique in the market place. Currently afloat on a swinging mooring in Chichester Harbour, the vessel is available for viewings through ourselves as sole broker.
Accommodation
4 berths in an updated and improved main saloon.  1 large double berth is provided in the saloon by use of a clever slatted infill system. If required a further small double berth is available in the forepeak,  however due to it's limited length it is recommended that this space would be best utilised as stowage space for bags and luggage.  The central part of the main saloon offers two settees located either side of a wooden hinged folding table.  The seating and cushion covers in the main saloon have been recovered in an attractive suede effect (flame retardant) fabric. There is a small galley comprising a gimballed 2 burner gas stove and oven, sink (located under chart table) with hand pumped cold water, and very large custom fitted fridge (located under chart table). A separate heads is located on the port side and provides a sea toilet and wet locker for oil skins. The boat also benefits from a holding tank with manual pump out.Â
Mechanical and Rigging
Yanmar 2.G.M - 18 H.P (new 2001- 687 engine hours), last serviced September 2004, steel fuel tank, flexible water tank (c.50 litres) Tan coloured gaff rigged main sail (original) and mizzen (Lucas - new 2001). Jib (orignal) and staysail (original) also in tan. Spare staysail. Storm jib.  Uniquely the bowsprit and bumpkin have been modified to swivel upwards to ease berthing. The resulting reduction in the overall length means that berthing fees are significantly reduced. If required the main and mizzen masts can be lowered using the swilling bowsprit to allow motoring on inland waterways.
