Emily Anne is a very smart example of the traditional Cornish yawl. Built in 1993 she is really in exceptional condition for her age. With a double bunk forward and three singles you can easily sleep five on board. She has a new electric winch for her lifting keel to make sailing in shallower waters as easy as possible. She also comes with a tri-axle trailer.
Accommodation
The central part of the saloon has two sofas either side of a wooden folding table. Forward is a double V bunk. To the port side there is a very neat galley area with 2 burner hob, oven and grill. Aft of the galley is a self contained heads with a sea toilet, this could also be used as a wet locker area. To the starboard side is the chart table and a large quarter berth. She has a large deep cockpit with tiller steering.
Mechanical and Rigging
GRP construction. A really fantastic boat which sails well on all points of sail. 1 x Yanmar 1GM10 inboard diesel engine. 1 x Stainless steel fuel tank 1 x soft water tank She has two new Gowan Ocean sails. All Emily Anne's spares are wooden and have very recently had nine coats of varnish and are in tip-top condition.
