Broker Remarks
This boat has been conscientiously maintained to a high standard and fitted with modern equipment throughout. The hull was painted in 1998 and the teak work has recently been re-furbished and sealed. All worn ‘treadmaster’ on the decks and cabin top have been replaced. Guardrails have also been rearranged to provide access gates on the port and starboard sides. All ropework has been replaced as necessary. Reduced for early sale!!!!
Accommodation
Comprises of 5 berths in 2 cabins. The forward cabin has 2 6’ 3” berths with headroom of 6’0” with good storage space underneath. The saloon has 6'0" headroom and  has a settee which into a double berth using the table and the quarter berth is situated on the starboard side. The chart table is in the saloon area aft of the galley. The passage from the forward cabin to the saloon has the heads (electrically operated Jabsco – 2002) on the port side and has a hanging locker on the starboard side. The accommodation also has Webasto airtop 2000 heating. The galley is equipped with a Flavel cooker with 2 rings, grill and an oven, 1 sink with cold water and an icebox. The wheelhouse has a helmsman’s seat and 2 others with headroom of 6’0”. The cockpit area has a seat over the aft locker, guardrail gateway to port and starboard and also a tiller alternative to the wheel.
Mechanical and Rigging
1 Volvo Penta MD2B25hp diesel engine with a bar heater situated in the engine compartment. CJR variprop feathering propeller shaft drive. She has a cruising speed of 6 kn and top speed of 6.5kn. Also fitted with a bow thruster ‘VetusÂ’ which has been engineer maintained and has a dedicated battery. Fuel capacity is 180 litres in one tank and is constructed of steel and water capacity is 90 litres in one tank and is constructed on reinforced plastic. She can be steered by tiller in the cockpit or by wheel in the pilothouse. She has been winterised every winter and then fully serviced every spring. The mast is made by Kemp and constructed from anodised alloy with stainless steel standing rigging. Boom material is alloy. The main and mizzen have slab reefing and lazy jacks, the genoa is on roller furling and she has 1 kite poles. She has 2 main sails, 1 new in 2004 made by JKA, 1 mizzen – 1997 by JKA, 1 genoa – circa 1995, 1 jib, 1 cruising chute – 2000 by JKA. All sails have been regularly serviced by JKA. Simrad RD68 – 2002 radio, Raytheon SL72 – 2001 radar, Raychard 435 – 2004 navigator, Navico powerwheel – 1997 autohelm, Raymarine ST60 echosounder/ wind speed and direction indicator and log, navtex receiver, compass, clock and barometer.  2 x batteries – shore power, there are 2 outlets in the cabin and 1 in the engine compartment. She has 2 fire extinguishers, 2 bilge pumps – 1 auto and 1 manual and a bosuns chair. There are 2 winches situated in the cockpit and 1 halyard winch by the mainmast. Equipped with 1 Bruce and 1 CQR anchor with 30M of 8mm chain and a Simpson Lawrence anchorman 700 windlass. 4 warps, 6 fenders, boathook, 1 dan buoy and a bathing ladder.
