Broker Remarks
This retired MFV is in good condition, she was previously used as a Shrimper in the North Atlantic, she now lies on the river Tamar in Tremerton.
She is a bare hull that has been maintained by to a high standard by commercial ship wrights, obviously she is not in commission anymore but lots of potential for somebody with vision to convert her into an excellent house boat.
The engine has been serviced regularly by a marine engineer and is still a very good engine.
She is a blank canvas for a purchaser looking to create their dream livaboard.
